These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Carpet Cleaning Medford, operating from 925 N Central Ave, Medford, OR 97501. By booking our services, submitting an enquiry, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide professional carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, area rug cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and associated services to residential and commercial customers in Medford, Oregon and surrounding areas of Jackson County.

We reserve the right to decline to perform any service where, in the judgement of our technician, the conditions present a risk to our staff, your property, or the quality of the result. We will explain our concerns clearly before leaving.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are confirmed during the pre-clean walkthrough before any work begins. The price confirmed at that stage is the final price — we do not change quoted prices once cleaning has commenced.

Payment is due upon completion of the job. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and bank transfer. A receipt is provided for every completed job.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or where the customer is not present at the agreed time, may incur a call-out fee of up to $50 at our discretion.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to perform the work effectively and safely, customers are responsible for: clearing small items, toys, and breakables from carpeted areas; securing pets in a separate area; ensuring adequate parking access for our truck-mounted vehicle; and being present at the start and end of the appointment.

We can move sofas and standard furniture. We are not able to move beds, large wardrobes, electronic equipment, pianos, fish tanks, or china cabinets. We are not liable for damage to items we were not asked to move or that were not disclosed as fragile before the job began.

4. Our 10-Day Guarantee

We offer a 10-day satisfaction guarantee on all completed carpet cleaning work. If you are not satisfied with any treated area within 10 days of job completion, contact us and we will return to re-treat the area at no additional charge.

This guarantee applies to issues caused by our workmanship, including wicking stains that resurface within the 10-day period. It does not apply to new stains or damage that occur after completion, nor to pre-existing conditions identified during the walkthrough as beyond the scope of what cleaning could resolve.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable care in performing our services, we cannot guarantee that all stains, odours, or marks will be fully removed. Some staining is permanent due to the nature of the soiling agent or the age and condition of the carpet fibres. We will identify such conditions during the walkthrough and advise you of realistic outcomes before proceeding.

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the work performed in the job to which the claim relates. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses.

6. Damage Claims

If you believe we have caused damage to your property, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of job completion. On receipt of a valid claim, we will inspect the reported damage within 5 business days.

We are not liable for damage to items not disclosed before the job, or for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions in your carpet, flooring, or property.

7. Website Use

Pricing information on our website is indicative and subject to on-site confirmation. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant that all information is current or error-free.

You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, or to scrape content without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes arising from or relating to our services or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jackson County, Oregon.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the effective date shown at the top. Continued use of our services or website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
